芭蕾排练后台纪录

Subject: a female principal ballet dancer in a studio. Action: she marks through a solo at half speed, then runs it full out; close-up of her feet in pointe shoes on the rosin-scuffed floor; a wide shot as she stops, breathes, and speaks quietly to the rehearsal director off-camera; the camera holds on her face as she prepares for another run - focused, expressionless, internal. Scene: a ballet rehearsal studio with mirrors lining one wall. Light: natural studio daylight from a high window. Camera: a slow handheld push as she crosses the studio; then locked-off for the close-up beats. Style: photoreal documentary cinematic. Audio: pointe shoes on Marley floor, controlled breathing, no music. Constraints: maintain face stable, no watermark, no on-screen text.
