THE CREATOR HANDBOOK / 8 MIN READ

Video creation guide

Describe how the scene changes. Start with one action and build from there.

01Start with one simple shot

  1. Open Video studio, select “Single shot / free prompt” and an available model.
  2. Describe the subject, action and camera. Start with about five seconds and a fixed ratio; options vary by model.
  3. Add an image to guide appearance, or use text alone. Video and audio references are optional.
  4. Review the price, confirm inputs and submit. Play or download after generation and saving complete.
Try this example
A clear perfume bottle on black stone, amber liquid visible. In the first two seconds, soft side light reveals the silhouette. Slowly push forward while light sweeps across the glass, then hold for the final second. Cinematic product photography, one continuous shot, stable bottle and label, no new objects or text.

02Video settings explained

Setting / questionWhat it meansWhat to do
Model & resolutionThe model affects motion, detail and instructions; 720p, 1080p and similar labels identify configured resolution.Try motion at lower resolution before higher definition. The list follows Nbility availability and Gen configuration.
PromptDescribe subject action, camera movement and what stays unchanged, up to 5,000 characters.Use subject + scene + action + camera + light/style + timing + constraints. Start with one main action.
DurationRequested output length, not waiting time. Available values depend on the model.Try 4–5 seconds for close-ups or single actions if supported. Longer clips commonly cost more.
Aspect ratioSets landscape, portrait or square. Adaptive lets the model choose from input, on supported lines.Use 16:9 for web, 9:16 for mobile, 1:1 for square cards. Use a fixed ratio when layout matters.
Image referencesGuide subjects, products, scenes or style. Model limits vary; up to three images on Gen.Explain Image 1 / 2 / 3 in order. References are not automatically locked keyframes.
Video referenceGuides motion or camera movement on supported models; it is not appended unchanged.Use a short, clear movement and state what to borrow. Reference duration may be billed.
Audio referenceGuides sound, mood or rhythm on supported models; identical voice or lip sync is not guaranteed.Use clear, short audio you have permission to use and describe its relation to the action.
StoryboardOne task with two to five shots, each with scene, camera and seconds.Use for an opening, development and ending. Durations must equal the total. Use single-shot mode for one action.
Price / confirm generationUses per-second or per-task pricing, possibly including reference duration.Use the quote before submission. Confirm a fresh quote after changing model, duration or references.

03Prepare reference media

Setting / questionWhat it meansWhat to do
ImagesJPEG / PNG / WebP · ≤5 MB each · up to threeKeep subjects complete and explain upload order.
VideoMP4 / WebM · ≤20 MB · ≤15 seconds · one clipTrim to the most useful motion.
AudioMP3 / WAV / M4A · ≤8 MB · ≤30 seconds · one clipChoose clear audio without distracting noise.
Try this example
Image 1 defines the product; preserve its shape and color. Image 2 guides only the background and lighting. Borrow the reference video’s slow camera orbit for one smooth half-orbit without copying other objects.

All references combined: ≤30 MB. Models may support fewer types or files. Re-export files whose duration cannot be read.

04Simple camera directions

Setting / questionWhat it meansWhat to do
Locked cameraKeep the camera still while the subject moves.“Locked camera; a leaf gently falls.”
Slow push-inMove slowly closer to reveal detail.“Push into a product close-up; hold the last second.”
Lateral / trackingMove sideways or follow the subject.“Track the bicycle left to right, keeping it centered.”
OrbitMove around the subject.Start with a small angle and slow motion.

05Review and improve

  • Check subject stability, believable motion, camera continuity and, if present, sound alignment.
  • Shape drift: reduce motion, preserve appearance explicitly and use clearer references.
  • Unexpected cuts: ask for one continuous shot and fewer scene changes.
  • Wrong timing: specify a beginning, middle and ending, or use Storyboard mode.
  • Creating another version is a new paid task. Resume and retry-save continue the original without regenerating.
